Battaglin collaborates closely with universities and private institutions, constantly updating their production methods with new materials, testing methodologies and manufacturing procedures. Their most recent research focuses on nanotechnology for the production of highly advanced materials, surface treatments and functional integration.

At the development center in Marostica new ideas and new visions are born. Here the future of Battaglin takes shape.

Our engineers and researchers combine their ideas, utilize the most advanced computer design methods, simulate and test up through the creation of the first prototype. The motto “Engineers of Emotions” exemplifies this philosophy and the spirit that drives our quest for perfection.

Over time we have created bicycles that are increasingly lighter, more stable and safer—bikes capable of converting muscle energy into propulsive power in accordance with ever more scientific and efficient criteria.

Our goal is to optimize our road bikes in order to achieve perfect ergonomics, dynamics and biomechanics. Mountain bikes must cope with greater material stresses while maintaining durability and still achieve the same aesthetic and functional requirements. The goal of Battaglin’s research is to build a bike to measure.
